Among the most fascinating aspects of dream interpretation is that a single dream can recur across different seasons — a dreamer may experience a vision in winter, then encounter the very same scene months later in summer or spring, only to find that its interpretation has shifted entirely. The imagery is identical, yet the meaning has transformed. This is one of the quiet marvels woven into creation: the same vision, seen through a different lens of time and circumstance, carries a different message.

It points to something profound — that interpretation is never isolated from context. The season, the state of the dreamer, the conditions surrounding the vision; all of these are threads in the tapestry of meaning.

And how fitting are the words of the Prophet ﷺ: “Nothing remains of prophethood after me except glad tidings.” The companions asked: “What are glad tidings, O Messenger of Allah?” He replied: “A righteous dream that a man sees or is shown to him.”
